About this Job:

This role is the glue that keeps it all together. You would be surrounded by a passionate team that moves fast and provides exceptional support, but you must be autonomous too. You oversee office technology, leases, vendor contracts and office hour scheduling. You are the one that makes sure everything is running smoothly and accurately while having a detailed eye to catch the little things before they fall through the cracks.

Being ridiculously proactive in communication, staying two steps ahead by detecting the needs before they even arise and taking action while informing all parties involved. You are the manager of the personnel details for the agents on our team, supporting with a smooth onboarding to our company and annually for their various renewals. This means care, empathy, a genuine desire to make experiences amazing and look for ways they can improve.

You will need to be very responsive and reactive in this role, being one of the primary individuals to keep the office open and also handle the company phone calls that come in. You are the firefighter when anything comes up that just needs to be taken care of or fixed. You are the person who says, “don’t worry, we’ve got it,” and then you make it happen and keep people informed.

Plan on working hard, being surrounded by people who will challenge you and support you. We don’t do drama; we don’t tolerate excuses. We fail hard and fast, pick ourselves back up knowing we just got better. 

Salary will be based on experience ranging from $45,000 to $55,000 plus potential profit sharing, bonuses, great benefits and unlimited vacation time. We expect people to work hard and play hard.
