About this Job:

This is a crucial position in our Transaction Management team’s success. The individual in this role will be enthralled with the specifics of the CHR listings; photo uploads and data entry both into the various MLS platforms and showing service portals. This is the first touch with our agents to handle a smooth transition to the transaction manager to see the listing go on the market. The detailed eye will also be used to put the bow on the transaction process by managing and doing the final check over for the compliance of each file. Based on the needs of the department, other behind the scenes opportunities may develop.

Salary will be based on experience ranging from $35,000 to $45,000 plus potential bonuses, great benefits and unlimited vacation time. We expect people to work hard and play hard.

Position Requirements: 

  • Colorado real estate experience preferred
  • Proficient in CTM, MLS, Google Drive, Microsoft platforms
