Colorado Home Realty Honored as Top Producing Real Estate Office for Total Sales Volume and Transactions in its Category by South Metro Denver Realtor Association

DENVER – Colorado Home Realty (CHR) has been honored by the South Metro Denver Realtor Association (SMDRA) as the association’s top producing office with between 31-50 Broker Associates in total sales volume and total transactions for 2014.  CHR received the prestigious award during SMDRA’s Third Annual Diamond Circle Awards celebration held April 17th at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in the Denver Tech Center.

Colorado Home Realty posted total sales volume of $208,966,697 last year representing a total of 661 real estate transactions, an outstanding performance for any real estate office of comparable size.  CHR is headed by owners Matt Hudson, CEO, and Mike Cooke, Managing Broker.
